1. What this is
SeasonStand is a software platform that helps youth-sports organizations run registration, payments, communications, stores, rosters, and finance. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at security@seasonstand.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Fees
SeasonStand charges a flat 1% platform fee per transaction (no cap) plus Stripe's processing fees. There are no setup fees, monthly fees, or per-user fees. Fees are documented at /pricing and may be revised with 30-day notice to existing orgs.
4. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to: use the platform for illegal purposes; circumvent multi-tenant scoping; harvest data on other orgs; reverse-engineer the platform; spam or harass other users; or violate COPPA / SafeSport / any applicable law in the operation of your org.
5. Termination
You can cancel any time from your org settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts for material breach of these terms with 30-day notice (or immediately for severe issues like fraud or child-safety violations).
6. Data ownership
Orgs own their org data. Families own their family records — they're portable across orgs and survive a single org's lifecycle. On account closure, you get a CSV export of every row SeasonStand holds on your behalf.
7. Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is" without warranty. We aim for high availability but don't promise zero downtime. We're not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA, with disputes resolved in San Francisco County courts unless we mutually agree to arbitration.
9. Changes
Material changes get a 30-day notice via email to every org admin. The "last updated" date at the top changes with every revision.
