We're building the operating system for youth sports.
Registration, payments, uniforms, communications, schedules, finance — one platform, one family login, one published price list. Built so a non-profit club can run a season on SeasonStand alone.
The why
Most non-profit clubs and travel teams stitch together a registration platform, a uniform dealer site, a CRM, a treasurer's QuickBooks file, and a group-text app. Families re-enter the same kid's medical form, jersey size, and emergency contacts three times per year. The work to run a season is mostly the work of moving data between tools that don't talk.
Registration, payments, team stores, dues, messaging, schedules, finance — every club runs all of it, and every rival platform owns exactly one slice. The hard part isn't any single feature; it's collapsing the whole job into one clean app a volunteer board can actually run. Simple and large is hard to do. That's the work.
On a $400 registration paid by card, the family or the club loses about $12 to processing. On ACH it's $3.20, capped at $5. Multiply across 400 athletes and a $2,000 uniform run per team and the math runs into five figures a season. ACH is the default because it's cheaper — a supporting benefit, not the pitch. Cards stay available as the fallback.
The team
Builds product, design, and go-to-market. Background is in 3D — which is why SeasonStand has a native 3D uniform builder built in, instead of a bolted-on dealer designer. Believes a parent should be able to register a kid in under two minutes on a phone, and won't launch anything that breaks that test.
The principles
The full price list is right on our pricing page. No contact-sales gate, no contracts, no setup fee. If a club wants to know what we cost before talking to us, they already do.
A family enters their kids, sizes, contacts, and consents once — and registration, the team store, dues, schedules, and messaging all read from that same record. Families own that data; orgs link to it. The payoff isn't portability for its own sake — it's that nothing on the platform ever asks you to re-type what another module already knows.
Minor data is in scope from day one. Parental consent flows, deletion-on-request, no behavioral ad targeting, and no private adult-to-minor channels. Compliance is a load-bearing wall, not a checkbox we wallpaper over before launch.
Treasurers running 501(c)(3) clubs need real books, not exported spreadsheets. We model both cash and accrual from the ledger up, with two-way QuickBooks sync so the treasurer's existing workflow keeps working.
