Everything an admin needs to run their season on SeasonStand. Start with the quick-start, then jump to the topic that matches what you're setting up today.
Sign up at /admin/sign-up and pick an org slug. That slug becomes the URL families use to find you. Invite your treasurer, registrar, and head coaches with role-scoped access. Every admin uses one identity across every org they belong to, with no extra logins.
We use Stripe Connect Standard. From Settings → Payments, follow the Stripe onboarding flow to verify your EIN and bank account. ACH and card are both turned on by default: ACH at 0.8% (cap $5), card at 2.9% + 30¢. SeasonStand's flat 1% platform fee (no cap) is layered on top.
The Program Builder is an eight-step wizard: Basics → Schedule → Pricing → Forms → Teams → Comms → Permissions → Review. You can ship a registration in under twenty minutes, sibling discounts, installment plans, conditional questions, and waivers are all native.
Open Uniforms → New Store. Set the sale window, add your products, and customize them in the 3D Design Studio. Families see the storefront at /shop/[your-slug]. No login to browse, login to check out. Catalog and redemption stores are coming soon.
Messages → New. Pick the audience (a program, a team, a roster filter), draft an email and/or SMS, and set quiet hours if needed. SafeSport rules apply automatically: any message to a minor is routed through their guardian, and the full audit log is searchable from the Messages tab.

Stripe Connect Standard with ACH default. Installments split a registration over a fixed schedule with ACH auto-debit. Failures retry on a back-off curve before flipping to manual collections. Refunds and partial credits supported.
One family record crosses every org the family touches, players, sizes, contacts and consents entered once. Guardians manage athletes from /portal/family.
Window-based uniform stores with the native 3D uniform builder for game kit. Per-piece sizes on every kit. Sibling cart drawer keeps every player's order together for one checkout. Catalog + redemption stores coming soon.
Email, SMS, and in-app messaging with quiet hours and full audit log. SafeSport invariant: no private adult-to-minor channels. Every message to a minor is mirrored to their guardian. Templates for season kickoff, payment reminders, schedule changes.
Tryouts, evaluations, testing, development plans and lessons are gated coming-soon while we finish them. Nothing half-built ships to a coach.
Practices, games, and travel events on the org calendar. Every family gets a personal iCal subscription URL that filters to their players' teams only. Drop it into Google Calendar or Apple Calendar and forget about it.
Cash + accrual ledger native to the platform. Class-of-revenue breakouts (registrations, store, fundraising). Two-way QuickBooks Online sync. Connect from Finance → QuickBooks, with class-of-revenue mappings and a sync log included.
